Sizing depends on various factors including brand, foot width, material etc. Please feel free to look at the size guides for different shoes. In the description it will tell you if you should order up a size also.

Sizing depends on brand, material and foot type (Wide, narrow etc) so I will not be able to make a recommendation without this information.
