* This three layer tutu Skirt is the perfect addition to COGL0016-LEO. Comes on an elasticated waistband for better fit. The top skirt comes in the polka dot mesh that has been glued to the top layer to keep its shape that has been edged in silver ribbon. Comes with a net sequin head dress.
* Material: 100% Nylon.
