New York City
I am on the train as I write on my way home to Devon after a real “flying” visit to NYC. Literally a one night stay! But it’s a great way to beat jet lag as your body clock doesn’t realise it’s left UK!
I wasn’t there for long but managed to pack in excellent meetings with lots of people at ABT as we continue to develop our relationship with the teams at JKO school, the teacher training programme and executives at ABT. I was also thrilled to make my first visit to the Met to see ABT perform Romeo and Juliet. It was a beautiful performance and great to see Royal Ballet Company dancers in the title roles!
Supper with a good friend rounded off a hectic schedule.
Here is a shot of the amazing “Sputnik ” lights on the stairway inside the Met.
